The B&B structure is within a building that once housed a hotel – "Hotel Restaurant Mottarone" is spread over 2 floors and is adjascent to the owners home, who are particularly affable and friendly towards guests.

On the first floor there is a double room, with the possibility of separate beds (or a double bed) and private bathroom with shower.

On the second floor are the other two double rooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which is used just use a double. The shared large balcony of the 2nd floor, offers panoramic views of Lake Orta. There is the possibility of adding beds in each of the three rooms available.

The building overlooks a large courtyard in which stands a huge pergola of wisteria and vines that shades a relaxing corner and close to the parking area, there is also a large terrace on the first floor equipped with sun beds as a private sun trap.

The ground floor is the Hostaria Morgan, (a bar and bistro) managed by the family, where breakfast can be taken and with pre-order, it is possible to taste typical selections of cold cuts and cheeses, along with local honey and traditional preserves, accompanied with an excellent selection of wines.

Breakfast is served in a reserved internal room during the winter months and on the terrace or under the pergola weather permitting and offers:
coffee, café latté, cappuccino, chocolate, tea, juices, fresh juices, butter, jam, honey, fresh bread, biscuits, cookies, homemade cakes, yogurt, cereals, cheeses, local cold cut meats.

Pets are welcome and can keep our pets company "Holly" & "Liz" – the dogs - "Micia fatty" & "Bimba" – the cats - and "Didi" – the parot, in addition to 4 hens and a rabbit.
